Who we are
DujaFit is a training studio offering personal, group, Pilates and prenatal sessions, and selling a small range of studio essentials. These terms cover both the sessions you book and anything you order from the shop.
- 02
Booking a session
A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Paying by card confirms it immediately; choosing to pay at the studio holds your place and settles when you arrive.
Group sessions are capped, so a seat you hold is a seat someone else cannot take. Please arrive on time — sessions start as scheduled out of fairness to everyone in the room.
If you book for others, you are responsible for the details you give us about them and for making sure they know when and where the session is.
- 03
Bookings are final
Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed by you, and it is not refundable. A held seat keeps someone else out of a small class, which is why we ask you to check the date, time and number of people on the review screen before you confirm.
If something genuinely goes wrong — you are unwell, or we have to move a session — contact the studio and we will do what we reasonably can.
- 04
Orders, delivery and payment
Prices are shown in shekels and include VAT. Delivery is calculated for your area before you pay and added to the total.
Card payments are handled by Lahza. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits, the card brand and a reference, so we can match a payment to your order.
Card payments are non-refundable. You are asked to accept these terms before paying by card, and that acceptance is recorded with your order.
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
- 05
Your account
You can order as a guest, but booking a session needs an account so you can see your bookings and we know who is in the room. Keep your details accurate — we use your phone number to reach you about a session or an order.
- 06
Health and safety
Please tell your trainer about any injury, medical condition or pregnancy before a session. If you are pregnant or recently postpartum, get clearance from your doctor first. You train at your own risk and should stop if something hurts.
