Privacy Policy

Your name, phone number and email, so we can confirm a booking or an order and reach you about it. For deliveries we also keep the address you give us. If you book for other people, we keep the name and phone number you provide for each of them.

We also record basic usage — which pages are visited and which buttons are used — so we can see what is working on the site. This is counted in aggregate and is not used to build a profile of you.

We never receive your full card number. Payments are taken on Lahza's own secure page. All we store is the last four digits, the card brand and a payment reference.

Only the services needed to run the studio: Lahza to take card payments, Shiply to work out delivery to your area, and Google Firebase to host the site and store this data securely. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

You can update your name and phone number at any time from your account page. To ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, contact the studio — bear in mind we may need to keep order and booking records for accounting.
